I am grateful to Chef Alain for having generously given time and talent to support my not-profit cooking classes this summer. His classical training, creative talent and high awareness of the healthy aspects of foods make him a valued ally and friend! … Our tummies have joyful memories of the finest peach sherbet and red fruits tartes one could eat in Austin.
